Artist's Description
The Porch Club of Riverton is a non-profit association founded in 1890 for the purpose of inspiring, encouraging, educating and bettering its membership and the global community. A socially and civically engaged group, The Porch Club is one of the country’s first organized women’s clubs, a member of the New Jersey Federation of Women’s Clubs, and the General Federation of Women’s Clubs. Since its inception over one hundred years ago, the Porch Club’s purpose has been to serve as a center for social, civic and cultural enrichment and change.

Linda is an author (L.C.Bennett Stern), blogger and backyard birder, who loves living in a small town on the East Coast of the United States.
